Chapter 7.

I felt like being a little more romantic in this chapter, not so out there, no so blunt. This chapter is based on feelings. Only feelings. So it's going to be a little shorter than most chapters.

You and Pein step into his office. Once again you see the big black desk, his black leather chair. Two red leather chairs on the opposite side of the desk. You take in the scent. Your knee's become weak and you feel like you're about to collapse. The smell of Pein was too much for you to bear. The way he smelt was incredible. You didn't think you would be able to keep your balance when he brushed past you. You felt the rush of skin on skin when his hand brushed yours. You felt like you needed him right then and there, to release his clothing armor one by one. You wanted to feel the warm soft lips mixed with the cold hard metal on your lips. You wanted him to pull you into his arms and never ever let go. You wanted to lay with him, wrapped in his arms, skin touching skin. You wanted to give him everything you have, in more ways than one. You wanted to kiss him roughly, kiss him softly, kiss him passionately, in general just to kiss him would be heaven. You wanted to yell, no scream your feelings for him out to the world, yet you knew if you did that you'd only embarrass him. You wanted to heal him of his true pain, yet you didn't know if he had any. You wanted him to bury all of his forbidden secrets in your skin, so he wouldn't be left with such pain. You wanted to savor every moment with him. To make Pein love you would be beyond heaven. You know Pain doesn't love, Pain shows no mercy, on anyone or anything. You wondered if this Pein was different, if this Pein could love, if this Pein showed mercy, but for you and you only. You needed him, you wanted him. You wanted too much. It was to much for you. You know your not strong enough to carry this weight on your shoulders. Every breath, every step, every glance, every touch, every thought, you would feel that weight. Feel that weight slide gently, feel that weight slide gently off your tongue. Love at first sight. That's the only way, not even a day and you want too much. Here comes that thought, here comes that breath, here comes that glance, here comes his step. Wait, you're missing something, missing that touch, that touch will solve everything. Here comes that weight gently sliding, rollings, falling off your tongue...

"What do you mean?"

Chapter 6.

You followed Deidara into a big room with a bunch of people wearing the Akatsuki uniform.

"Damn who's the babe?" You heard a guy with silver hair brushed back say. He was holding onto a long scythe.

"Excuse me?" You asked.

"Don't listen to him Saffron, that's just Hidan. He has a big mouth. Trust me, un." Deidara said.

"You got that right." You heard another guy say. You looked over and realized it was Zetsu.

"Hey! I do not! I say one f****** thing and I get b****** at for it." Hidan yelled at everyone.

"Anyway..." Deidara started. "Let me introduce you to the rest of the normal people, starting over her we have Konan, un."

"Hi Konan." You said politely.

"It's nice to have another girl with us." Konan said with a smile.

"I know, I'm glad you're here."

"After Konan we have Kisame, un." Deidara stated pointing to Kisame.

Didn't he say normal people? You thought to yourself, that guy looks like a shark...fish...thing. He has gills. Oh well, better not stare.

"Nice to meet you Kisame." You said.

"Yeah yeah." He replied back not interested in what's going on.

"Oh look she didn't scream and run like everyone else does, don't you feel special Kisame?" A guy with bright green eyes and a mask covering up his whole face except for his eyes said.

"Haha that's Kakuzu, un." Deidara pointed out.

"Hi Kakuzu!" You said happily.

"Hello. Do you have any money?"

"Uhm, no?" You said confused.

"Kakuzu is kind of a money freak, un." Deidara added.

"Oh okay."

"Now on to the next, after Kakuzu that's Itachi Uchiha, un."

"Oh alright. I've heard about you. Nice to finally meet you." You said with a big smile.

Itachi just glared at you. You didn't expect him to say anything back.

"Hello." Itachi said in a monotone voice.

It looks like he really doesn't want to be here. You thought to yourself. He's really cute though. Maybe he's nicer than Pein.

"Next is Hidan, un. But you've already met him." Deidara stated.

You saw Hidan wink at you and you flicked him off. Everyone except for Itachi and Hidan laughed.

"You know Zetsu and Sasori, un." Deidara said pointing to both Sasori and Zetsu.

"And last but definitely not least, we have Tobi." Deidara said pointing to the guy sitting in the corner. He was wearing a orange mask and all you could see was his right eye. He seemed to be staring at nothing. He was also mumbling.

"Uhm is he okay?" You asked Deidara.

"Yes. That's Tobi for you. He's a very happy guy, un." Deidara replied.

"TOBI IS A GOOD BOY!!!"

Tobi was right in your face screaming at you.

"Ahhh. Why must you do that?" You asked after you calmed down. "You scared me half to death."

"Tobi is sorry. Please don't hate Tobi." Tobi said softly.

"No I don't hate you, just don't scare me." You said. "I'm Saffron nice to meet you Tobi." You said sweetly.

"Tobi thinks Saffron is very pretty. Tobi and Saffron should go play a game, come come come come with me!" Tobi yelled grabbing your arm to pull you away.

"Yeah well the pretty girl Saffron has things to do." You heard Pein say from behind you.

"Awh no fair Leader-sama! You always get the pretty girls." Tobi said with his head down.

"I don't mean it like that." Pein said rubbing the bridge of his nose. "Why does everyone always think I mean sex when I say a girl has things to do?" Pein asked.

"That's beca-" Hidan started.

"Who knows, who cares." You cut Hidan off not wanting to hear what he had to say to that.

"What work do I need to do?" You asked Pein angrily. Still mad at him for what happened 5 minutes ago.

"Watch your tone." Pein said angrily.

Everyone was just staring. You sighed heavily and walked over to Itachi and sat next to him.

"He seems niicer than you." You said pointing to Itachi and looking at Pein.

Itachi just looked at you.

"Haha then obviously you don't know Itachi very well." You heard Hidan say.

"I don't care." You said bluntly still looking at Pein.

You saw Pein roll his eyes.

"Come with me." Pein ordered.

"Whats the magic word?" You said sarcastically knowing it would piss him off.

"Now." Pein answered.

"Fine!" You yelled angrily.

You and Pein walked out of the room, you felt everyone staring at you.

"I can't believe she has the courage to talk to Leader-sama like that." Konan said. "I like her." She added.

"Yeah whatever." Hidan said. "Well I don't like her."

"No one cares about your opinions Hidan." Konan replied.

You and Pein walk down the long hallways once more.

"Where are we going?" You asked with a calm voice.

"To my office." He answered.

"Ohhhh, you hoping for another strip?" You asked teasingly.

He turned around and glared at you. You just giggled.

"I was kidding. I got your message earlier." You said. "If it happens one more time I'm re-arranging partners, and you'll be paired with Deidara or Itachi got it?" You said quoting Pein from before.

"Good." He said bluntly. "Now lets go."

You and Pein started down the hall again.

Pein's P.O.V
I cannot believe she did that. She's just a tease. I know I couldn't have trusted her, and I can't believe I let it get to me. I'm not going to let this stand. From now on I'm going to be strict with her, especially if she is going to be my partner.

"Look Pein I'm sorry." You said almost in a pleading tone. "I shouldn't have done that. Please don't hate me."

"Why do you care if I hate you? Hmm? We've only been partners for 3 minutes. Yet you decided to go and get undressed in front of me. Why?"

"I don't know what came over me. Please Pein."

"Haha sure, all girls pull that line when they've done something wrong. But let me tell you. If it happens one more time I'm re-arranging partners, and you'll be paired with Deidara or Itachi got it?" Pein said angrily.

"Pein..."

"ENOUGH! I asked you a question. Let me hear your answer."

"Yes I got it." You said on the verge of tears.

What have I done? Why did I do it? Does he hate me? I need to make up for this. I have a lot of work to do.

"Uhm, am I interrupting something, un?"

"No Deidara. It's done with." You answer him softly. "Deidara."

"Yes, un?"

"Can you show me around?" You asked looking down at the ground, not wanting to make eye contact with Pein.

"Yeah sure, un." He replied back.

"Thanks love." You said sweetly. For some very odd reason you found the ground very interesting.

"No problem. Lets go, un."

"Okay, I'm coming." You walked away from Pein swiftly, not bumping into him or looking at him.

"Thanks for showing me around Deidara-kun." you said softly.

"Oh you're welcome. Is everything okay, un?"

"Well it depends. How much of that did you hear?" You asked.

"All of it, un." Deidara replied.

"Oh, then no. I'm not okay. But I'll be over it soon enough."

"Oh. Okay, well I'm here if you need a friend, un." Deidara replied happily. "And I'm sure Tobi will be too, un."

"Tobi?"

"Haha yes, come. Let me introduce you to the rest of the guys, and girl."

"Awesome, another girl?!?" You asked.

"Yeah haha, Konan. You two will probably get along pretty well, un."

"Good." You replied. "Because I'm gonna need another girl if I'm going to be living with you guys."

Chapter 4.

Pein brought you to two big black doors with a red trim. He opened the doors and you both stepped in. He released himself from your grasp and walked to one side of the desk and sat down in a big black leather chair.

"Take a seat as well." He softly spoke. It now looked like he was lost in thought.

You took a seat in one of the blood red leather chairs on the opposite side of the desk.

"Why is everything red and black?" You asked.

"Well, I should be asking you the same thing." Pein replied.

"What do you mean?" You asked.

"Well take a look at your outfit, hair, and eyes." He replied.

"Oh hahaha, riiiiightttt." You said. "So what's all this about?" You asked growing suspicious.

"I'm not going to beat around the bush." He placed his hands on the black desk. "We want you in Akatsuki. Your skills are just too good to pass up."

"My skills aren't all I'm good at." You said biting you lip.

What did I just say? I'm usually not like this. Now I really am starting to act like a tease. I need to stop.

"Ahaha cute." Pein answered.

"Get used to it." You replied.

"Will do." He answered.

"Good."

"So are you in or out?" He asked.

"Out." You answered, you were dying to see his reaction.

"I see." He said calmly. "You'll be paired with me." He said bluntly.

"I'M IN!" You yelled.

Pein chuckled and sat back in his chair.

"Why a change of heart?"

"Well, I, uhh, well, actually, I-"

"I get it." He cut you off. "I'm just glad you changed your mind. We need you around here."

He walked to one side of the room. He picked up a cloak, a ring, and a hat.

"You're required to wear these at all times, except the hat. Understood?"

"Yes sir." You answered.

Saffron's P.O.V
This isn't going to be like me. But I wanna see what he does. Here goes nothing.

You decided to mess with the boy. You started to undress with him standing only 2 feet away. Your pants hit the ground and you saw his eyes grow wide. He followed your pants to the ground then looked back up at you in disbelief. You started to untie your shirt from the front. Luckily for him you weren't wearing a bra. But before you could fully untie it he grabbed your hands to stop you.

"What are you doing?" He asked still in disbelief.

"Well Leader-sama you said to wear these at all times, and I wasn't." You said as you pointed to the cloak and ring laying on the floor next to his feet.

"Yes but I meant on top of your clothes."

"Oh, well help me get re-dressed Leader-sama. Please?" You asked with your finger in your mouth.

This is too much fun.

"Ugh." Pein moaned heavily as he bent down to grab your pants that were still wrapped around your ankles. He pulled them up to your hips and tied the strings together at the waist.

"Thanks sweetie!" You said happily.

I gave in. Weak.

"Sweetie?!?...Never mind forget it. Finish tying your shirt and follow me to our room."

"OUR ROOM?!?!?!?" You shouted?

"Yes, ours." Pein agreed.

Pein started to walk off. You finished tying your shirt, grabbed your things and ran out the door after him.

"Please follow me." The man said simply.

There's no way you could say no to him.

"Oh..Okay." You said blushing.

He saw you blush and he smiled. The man led you into their hide-out. You followed him through dark tunnels. It sorta seemed like a cave to you.

'Uhm, what's your name?" You asked politely. You could sense his chakra. It was incredible, you knew he was someone you didn't want to mess with.

"Does it matter?" He asked.

"Well I mean, to me it does.""

"Why is that?' He replied.

"Well, everyone else has told me their name." You stopped and stood still. "And I just want to know your name, but I guess you don't have to tell me if you don't wanna." You stated as innocently as possible.

"No everyone hasn't." He stopped walking as well. "You've only met three people, Zetsu, Sasori, and Deidara."

"You mean there is more people?" You asked.

"Well you should know that." He turned around to face you and walked closer. You too were barely touching and you couldn't help but blush. He noticed you blushing yet again and smiled, his smile was perfect.

"According to our information you know quite a bit about us." He informed you.

"Well, The Hidden Leaf Village only has information on Akatsuki members they've fought in battle." You replied.

"Ahh...I see."

"Yeah."

"Pein." He stated bluntly.

"What?" You asked confused.

"That's my name, Pein. You asked didn't you?"

"Oh right, yes. Uhm, I like that name."

She sure is a looker, but I can't let her get to me, I'm the leader of Akatsuki. I don't mess around with women. I have more important things to do. But why is she getting to me? I've never felt this way before. But she looks fantastic. I'm loving her outfit. That's something I'd love to see on the floor next to my bed. I need to stop thinking like this. This has never happened before. It's probably just lust, but a part of me tells me it's not. But it can't be love, no way...we just met.

"Thank you, lets go." Pein said sternly.

"Okay." You said

Wow. He's so beautiful. I want to touch him.

You gently reached for Pein's hand. You found it and gripped it tight.

"What are you doing?!?" He stopped and turned to look at you. He glared at you with his grey eyes. It wasn't a pleasant look but you couldn't help but giggle.

"What's so damn funny?" Pein asked angrily.

"You have soft hands!" You replied.

Pein just grunted and continued walking, he grabbed a hold of you hand and didn't let go. You wondered why he didn't let go if he was so mad. But you didn't ask.

Chapter 2.

You're outside the Akatsuki hide-out with Sasori, Deidara, and Zetsu.

"Why is that multi-colored guy staring at me?" you asked getting creeped out.

"Oh, that's just Zetsu. He's probably just thinking about how yummy you look." Sasori replied.

"Y-Yummy??" You asked. "What do you mean by yummy?"

"Yummy, you know as in tasty." Sasori answered in a bored tone. "Zetsu over there is a cannibal." He said with a smile growing on his face.

A cannibal? You thought to yourself. This place is creepy. I wonder what else is here.

"Suprised, un?" A voice broke you out of your trance. "I'm Deidara, nice to meet you, un." Deidara said reaching out his hand. Waiting for you to shake it.

You gladly reached out to shake his hand. Well at least they have cute boys here you thought. You shook his hand only to feel something wet wipe across the palm of your hand. You jerked away.

"What was that?!?" You screamed as you jumped back.

"What was what, un?" Deidara asked.

"Why is your hand wet?"

"Oh haha, checky!" Deidara said like a little boy as he held up both hands to show you his palms. Two tongues flew out of both hands.

"I have mouths on my hands." Deidara said.

'WICKED!!!" You yelled as you started to mess with his hands.

"Uhm, really, un?" Deidara asked. "Everyone else always screams and runs." He admitted.

"Well I'm not everyone else." You replied. "But you're also cute, so that makes up for it." You said.

Deidara blushed, you just giggled.

"Yeah as a matter of fact..Hey wait a second! Stop getting me side-tracked!!!!" You yelled randomly.

Sasori and Deidara bothed jumped back, with their eyes wide.

"Now why am I here?" You asked angrily, raising your voice. "I didn't just ride here on this guys shoulder for 2 hours and walk for 3 just to come meet a cannibal and play with some guys hands, now I demand to know why I'm here!"

"Now now, calm yourself. You'll find out why in a second." A calm deep voice answered you. You looked to your right to see who answered you. Your jaw dropped and your heart skipped a beat. He was gorgeous.

Chapter 1.

You're outside at the training grounds with Kakashi.

"But I don't want to practice anymore Kakashi! We've been at it for hours on end! You can't be serious?!"

"I am serious, and I want you to stay here and practice, you need to work more on your jutsu anyway, take this seriously Saffron." Kakashi answered in a lethargic tone.

"You always make everything sound so boring!" you yelled back at him.

Kakashi now seemed to be getting very agitated decided to make a move to prove to her that she needed to practice more.

"Doton Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu!" you heard Kakashi yell, in a flash you were chin deep within the earth.

"You little...just wait till I get out of here! This is no way to treat a lady!" you screamed as Kakashi walked away proving his point.

Hours later you were free, and yet again practicing. You threw a couple of Kunai at a tree, didn't miss once.

"I guess I should just get this over with." You murmered beneath your breath.

"CHIDORI!" you awakened the chidori that Kakashi decided to teach you, learning that you could control all elements.

You charged at the tree in front of you, and of course split it right in half in a split second. You backed away from the tree taking a deep breath.

"Well that's that." You stated as you started to walk away. Only hearing clapping from behind you.

"Who's there?!?" You yelled as you turned to face the opposite direction.

"Calm down, calm down." A warm voice replied. "I'm not here to cause any harm. Promise."

"Show yourself!" You ordered.

"No." The man with the warm voice simply replied.

"Well...why not?"

"Haha, just kidding." The man walked out of the shadows. He had red hair, it was short but kind of messy. He was cute, but nothing that interested you. You saw he was wearing a black cloak with red clouds on it.

"Akats-" You screamed, only to have a hand wrapped around your mouth.

"How did yo-?" You mumbled trying to break free of his grip.

He finally let go and walked in front to face you.

"That was so fast..." You stated.

"Yes I know." He replied. "But we aren't here to talk about speed. I'm going to have to ask you to please come with me." He replied.

"And what if I don't?" you answered back with a smart-ass tone.

"Oh you will, and besides I hate keeping people waiting, lets go." He demanded.

"Oh no I won't." You replied back.

"Look...uhh...well...please?" He was finally able to spit out. "I hate being polite, but I was asked to do whatever it takes to bring you back with me. That includes you being unharmed, so I need you to please come with me."

"Address your name." You ordered.

"Sasori." The warm voice answered.

"Well I'm Saffron." You replied.

"I know who you are!"

"Then why are we addressing names?" you asked.

"Whaaa?...You're the one who told me to address my name. Look I'm not in the mood to get confused so please just come with me." Sasori asked looking irratated.

"Well you expect me to just leave my village?" You asked looking confused.

"Well...yeah, I guess so..." Sasori replied back.

"Fine whatever." You stated bluntly.

"Huh?" He said looking confused. "You just said you didn't want to come." Sasori stated.

"Yes I know what I said."

"Then why did yo-...uhh never mind forget it, I don't have time for these games, let's go!" Sasori nearly yelled, clearly pissed.

You just chuckled in amusement.

"Do I need to bring anything?" You asked.

"No. Just your body." He replied sarcastically.

"Don't get sarcastic punk." You stated angrily.

"Shut up, lets go."

"No. I changed my mind. I'm not going anywhere until you apologi- ahhh!" You screamed as you felt him fling you over his shoulder.

"This is no way to treat a lady."

"We're not in bed." He said with a smirk.

"What's that supposed to mean? And put me down!" You spat out at him.

"That means I don't have to treat you like a lady unless you're in my bed, understand?" He said still smirking.

"PERV! PUT ME DOWN!" You screamed. You started to kick till he grabbed a hold of you legs so you were unable to move them.

"Women. They always have something to say, don't they?" He stated as he started to walk away.

You had more questions, like what you were going to tell the others, and how long you would be gone for, and what he wanted in the first place. But you decided to keep that to yourself, not wanting to irritate him anymore. Even though you were never a big fan of The Hidden Leaf Village, and you found the Akatsuki quite amazing, you always kept that to yourself, and followed the ninja way. You never wanted to cause any trouble. But with your luck trouble follows you everywhere, so you just sat back and enjoyed the bumpy ride.

"Can you put me down please, I will walk the rest of the way thank you very much." You said a couple of hours later, with your stomach starting to hurt because of his shoulder.

"Fine." He said gently putting you down.

"Thank you."

"You're welcome Saffron-chan." He said politely.

What's with him? He's acting to nice. You thought to yourself.

"Please don't say chan after my name, I don't like feeling like I'm better than anybody else, please just call me Saffron." You said.

"Very well Saffron." He said. "Well it looks like we're here." He stated.

"Who are those guys standing out front?" You asked.

It looked like one was checking you out, and it wasn't very appealing.

You're a 18 year old girl. You recently joined the Akatsuki. You're an O.C.D freak, everything you wear has to match your hair. You have a slight obsession with red roses. You're very skinny. Most girls call you a slut/whore because of how you dress, but your personalitly is nothing like that. Though you can be a tease at times. When you joined Akatsuki you had no intention of hooking up with any of the guys. Your best friend is Konan (though you didn't become best friends until you joined Akatsuki) and you guys have always gotten along. All the guys in Akatsuki want you, except for Sasori, though some guys are better at controlling it than others. Konan never gets jealous of you. Konan is dating Sasori.

Pein is the leader of Akatsuki, he is in his mid 20's. He is looked up to by the rest of Akatsuki. He is very very strong. He can have a temper problem at times. He's not someone you want to mess with. He has his eye mostly on strong people, weak people don't interest him.

Character Trait.

Always wears a black cloak with red clouds on it. He has 15 noticable piercings. 6 in his nose and 7 in his ears, along with 2 on his bottom lip. He has orange hair and grey ringed eyes. He is also very muscular.
